Terms of Service

§1. Who we are

Qubelis is operated by Qubelis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16949198), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

§2. Services we provide

Qubelis is a B2B market intelligence platform. We currently provide:

• Discovery — access to a curated database of 9,200+ verified German B2B online retailers, with structured profiles, AI-generated analysis reports, and CSV-export tooling.
• Sourcing (launching Q3 2026) — curated matchmaking between international exporters and German buyers. Separate terms will apply when Sourcing launches.

We may change, add to, or discontinue features over time. We won't materially reduce a service you're paying for during a paid period without offering a pro-rata refund.

§3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You're responsible for keeping your magic-link access secure. Don't share it.
• One account per person or legal entity.
• You must be 18 or older.
• We use magic-link authentication (no passwords). You receive a one-time link by email; clicking it logs you in.

§4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our data or reports;
• Scrape or bulk-download platform content beyond your subscribed export limits;
• Use data for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or any activity violating GDPR or local marketing laws;
• Reverse-engineer, frame, or wrap the service inside your own product;
• Use the service for any activity that infringes third-party rights or is otherwise unlawful.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Your Report Wallet (see §5) is preserved during suspension and forfeited only on termination for cause (e.g. fraud, malicious use).

§5. Your Report Wallet

This is the contractual heart of how we handle paid usage. We commit to the following — it is binding under these Terms, not a marketing promise:

The only event that ends your Report Wallet is account deletion — either at your own request or under a binding legal obligation (e.g. a GDPR Article 17 erasure right we cannot lawfully refuse).

What counts as one report

One report = one AI-generated company analysis attached to a specific retailer profile in Discovery. Once generated, the report stays linked to your account and you can re-open it without spending another report.

§6. Payment terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Yearly plans give two months free compared with monthly billing.
• Payments are processed by Creem.io acting as Merchant of Record for the EU and globally — they handle VAT, invoicing, and payment security. Your card details never touch our servers.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access (and continue receiving monthly increments) until then.
• Refunds: we don't issue refunds for partial periods, but your wallet (see §5) survives — so the unused value of your subscription remains usable.
• Price changes: we may adjust pricing for new sign-ups at any time. Existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 12 months from any change, and we'll notify you by email 30 days in advance.

§7. Intellectual property & licenses

All platform content, source code, data structures, AI prompts, and software remain the property of Qubelis Limited or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the services for your own business purposes during the period your account is active.

AI-generated reports you create through Discovery are licensed to you for internal business use. You may share findings with colleagues and use them in your own work product. You may not redistribute the raw reports as a database or competing service.

§8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Data accuracy is maintained through continuous health monitoring, but no database is perfect — we do not guarantee that every record is current or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for fraud or for death and personal injury caused by negligence).

§9. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate §4 (Acceptable use), with notice where reasonable.

Account deletion is irreversible: your account, profile data, and Report Wallet are permanently removed and cannot be restored. If you'd prefer to keep your wallet accessible, downgrade to Free instead — the wallet stays under §5.

§10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be notified by email to all active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The §5 Wallet commitment is permanent for any reports already added to your wallet at the time of a change — we won't retroactively shrink existing wallet balances.

§11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales — except that consumers (within the meaning of EU consumer law) may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
